vDN Rules and Terms of Service
VirtualDN was created for the purposes listed on the homepage - it's supposed
to be a fun yet competitive and worry-free environment to simulate a domain
market.
As you build your domain and website empire, keep the following rules in mind...
- Since the concept of this site is basically a mini World Wide Web, there's a lot
of policing to do. The Internet is full of bad things, and we want to keep our
site free of it.
- Knowing that, it should be obvious that we do not allow
illegal content that is or relates to pornography in any way, profane names and/or
content, suggestive content, warez, or massively offensive content/names (e.g. racism, etc.)
- ONLY 1 ACCOUNT PER PERSON IS ALLOWED! We do not allow anonymous or test accounts.
- While this may be free of most legal bindings (TM issues, etc.), some still apply
and will be ENFORCED. We record IP addresses and will track down illegal users and report them
to their ISP.
- There are children under the age of 13 that use this site, so these rules and
regulations are strictly enforced. We encourage anybody that finds a violating
item and report it to us on the contact page.
- The same rules apply here as on the forums, and vice versa.
- Proper ettiquite is expected when selling/buying domains and posting/advertising
them and/or their content.
- No exchange of real money or domains or other non-site-abiding-content is allowed.

All monetary values on this site, exchanges, and domains registered are NOT REAL.
They are of a fake domain market, merely a simulation. No exchanges involving
legal tender, real money, or real domains are to be done or hosted on VirtualDN.
The staff here reserve the right to alter your account at any time for any reason,
record your IP address, and send you emails when necessary (we do not spam you) to
your designated account. We will delete your account if we have reason to.
We cannot be held responsible for any lawsuits from activity on this site - while
we believe that these domains are and should be free of trademarks, we cannot stop
a 3rd party from suing you - use this site at your own risk.
TERMS OF SERVICE
You may use this site as long as you agree to the rules, guidelines, terms, and
disclaimer as laid out above. Period. Failure to do so will result in restricted
access to this site.
